Legal Advisor

• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations, especially in the property and investment industry.

• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on contracts, construction, property, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect organizational interests and reduce legal risks.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate guidance and recommendations.

• Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder meeting preparation and maintaining corporate records.

• Assist in managing legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration in coordination with external advisors.

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide proactive legal recommendations to senior management.

• Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence.
