Warehouse Supervisor – Power International Holding

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor supervises daily activities of warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval of products/materials to meet the businesss operational and customer demand. The role assists the management in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving environment and ensures that the warehouse personnel complies with health, safety and standard operating procedures.

Job Responsibilities 1

• Maintain the optimum utilization and upkeep of warehouse storage facilities.
• Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
• Maintain Company’s integrated inventory management system data base to ensure its accuracy, standardization and completeness.
• Manage the daily inventory operations and ensures that they are in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Lead the follow up and resolve customer concerns, whilst identifies errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.
• Work closely with warehouse management to implement warehouse and management systems and integrate best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service.
• Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes, complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
