Sales & Support Specialist – Al Faisal Holding

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and customer service support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. The role also involves managing vendor registration processes with key customers in both physical settings and online vendor portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations:
- Support sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and trends
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM database updates
Customer Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information
- Assist in onboarding new customers and building strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing needs efficiently
Vendor Registration:
- Handle vendor registration processes physically at customer locations
- Manage customer vendor portal registrations, renewals, and compliance updates
- Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted and approvals are secured
Cross-Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate with logistics for efficient and timely delivery of products/services
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, key accounts, and competitor activities
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts
