Sales Officer – Nehmeh
- Grow and develop existing client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Serve as the main contact for key customers and internal teams.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits to offices, showrooms, and jobsites.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and respectfully.
- Achieve sales targets and growth from key accounts.
- Track and report sales progress to the Sales Manager.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor practices.
- Stay updated on market trends to remain competitive.
- Lead product shows and demonstrations during customer visits.
- Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics.
- Provide data insights to support business enhancement decisions.
- Prepare and furnish business reports as needed.
- Manage account-level P&L and receivables.
- Support the function’s alignment with budgetary requirements.
- Participate in state-level sales meetings and trade shows.
- Follow company policies and processes at all times.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with key accounts for purchase updates and product promotion.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects assigned by the manager.
