Programme Lead – Hill International (Middle East) Limited

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in preparation and manage the preparation and development of
  • construction and procurement schedules.
  • Reviewing contract documents, suggesting changes for planning, cost and
  • programming aspects and the addition of new clauses if necessary
  • Review schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective
  • action to management.
  • Carry out studies into scheduling, resource and material flow as needed.
  • Develop draft Monitoring and Reporting System for management and Engineer
  • review.
  • Manage all programme control aspects for the Consultant for the monthly reports to the Engineer.
  • Monitor and report on design performance to design programme and cost liaise
  • with Engineer to allow Design Project and Design Programmes to be
  • incorporated into the Project and Programme Master Programmes
  • Manage the resolution of variance reports relating to scheduling and cost
  • reporting
  • Provide guidance and advice to the senior management team on planning issues
  • Assisting in the consultant selection process for commercial and technical
  • evaluation
  • Assisting in establishing / delivering formal reporting arrangements on Project
  • progress for the client and Project
  • Preparing risk assessment and mitigation plans
